i_corps_screen_grab_3

Pitt investigators with innovations emanating from their research have a new resource for beginning the commercialization process. Pitt is a member of the new NSF I-Corps Interior Northeast Hub. This means that instead of three I-Corps courses per year, Pitt investigators can access more than 25 virtual commercialization courses across the 9 Hub partners.

These courses will help you identify target customer segments and how to interview them to understand their problems/needs.  The next course, hosted by Binghamton University, consists of six Zoom-based meetings from January 23-February 22, 2023.

Pitt will host courses in April and September and will be jointly hosting a life sciences course in June that will include the opportunity for customer discovery at the 2023 Bio Conference in Boston. Contact Paul Petrovich for more information at pptetrovich@innovation.pitt.edu.
